Hello everybody, it's been a long time since I've posted last. In that time, I finally did get Comcast to come out and fix my lines, which they did and I upgraded my modem to the newest ' Wireless Gateway ' they offer. I also try ' X1 ' but didn't care for it at all so I turn all the ' X1 ' stuff back in and got back the standard digital boxes
Well, as you see with my ? I'am wondering, does Comcast still offer and sale ' Expanded Basic ' service
Here in Shreveport, LA ' Expanded Basic ' was at 1 time was channels 2 to 78. I just got finish chatting with Online Support but they were no help and gave me the runaround
Let me explain if you all will please allow me
I'm looking to eventually become another millennial that is going to cut the t.v. cord. I never thought I would. I'am 33 and I'm very, very old school for my young age ;). I miss and remember the days of when you just plug the cable line into directly the back of the t.v.
I know and understand technology has change and we must adapted
For now though, I want to downgraded my t.v. services to just ' Expanded Basic ' with just digital adapters
Right now, I'm not going to do any cord cutting services till I move into a new place
Anyways, if anyone knows or can help me out I would appreciate you
