I’m at the Comcast office and it’s like waiting at the Registry of Motor Vehicles. They just put in this new Xfinity Store in my city but the waits are long mainly because they deal with customers paying cash and customers trying to get their cable turned back on for non-payment.
All I want to do is pick up a receiver. Personally I think Comcast should change the rules so that the staff at the Xfinity stores cannot deal with past due accounts except take payments as I’ve seen some of the customers get abusive.
