Upon chatting with a Xfinity rep regarding downgrading my service to phone and internet. They informed me that a tech would be dispatched to disconnect the line for TV service. I questioned them on this since my tv, phone and internet ride on the same drop. Anyone else know that they are talking about disconnecting? Do they really have to do anything with the drop since I'm dropping tv and keeping phone and internet? I know they used to put filters on the line years back if you had internet only. But do they still with tv being encrypted?
