On Saturday, my DVR froze. After rebooting, I received notice that I have too much space used on my DVR and need to remove some shows. I only had 34% of my space recorded. This notice kept appearing as I attempted to reboot, etc. I finally was able to get things back to 'n loormal' but since then, I cannot access my DVR to watch my recorded shows and I keep getting the same message that my DVR service is not available. I have disconnected the power cord 3x and after the system reboots, I get the same not available message. It sounds like my hard drive is messed up. Can I get this fixed today or simply take the box to my local Comcast lobby and get a new one?
