Comcast was at the house to install cable yesterday
They looked at pole and it has a tag on it that means "DO NOT CLIMB" ?
What does that mean? Climbing pole with belt and spikes or using a ladder against the pole?
Telephone company had no problem doing it to fix my DSL last month.
Installer refused to hook up the cable. So I'm on phone with electric company and installer is telling me his boss wants to talk to me. Ever try to talk to two people at once!
This is "MY" problem? You would think Comcast would follow up with Utility Company to fix.
