A few days ago I wanted to watch an HBO movie online (we are subscribed). When I went to watch the title it said we aren't subscribed to Cinemax. I chatted with Comcast and they refreshed our account. The title played fine. Yesterday the same thing happened again so I chatted with them and they fixed it saying it won't happen again because they ran a second diagnostic. This morning it won't play again. Has anyone else ever seen this? Luckily we are getting HBO for free. If we were paying I'd probably be more upset.
