[Connection] Complete loss of service

Very quick backstory so the facts are on the table: - Wired house with RG6 in Nov. Following week Comcast installs X1 DVR and 2 other boxes. Wire run from pole to house as house had never been wired with anything (house built in 1977). - Tech says signals look awesome and no problems since then. - own Surfboard 6141 Yesterday at 3:30 the picture on one of my tv's freezes and upon turning the tv and box on and off, the Xfinity loading screen pops up followed by an error message stating RDK-03003 and to contact Comcast. Checked cable modem and it can't acquire a signal either. Check comcast app/site and there are no outages in my area. I have to leave for the day and come back at midnight to see the same issues. Contacted Comcast and they see my equipment but said the signal is very low. Tried to troubleshoot to no avail. This morning I checked the cable running into the house and inside at the splitter and everything is good and tight. Unfortunately, I have to wait until Tuesday before a tech can come out and look at everything. I am just trying to make sure this isn't something inside the house. I believe it's outside however it confuses me that my service would go completely down but there not be an outage or even reports of things being down. Any ideas?
