Recently our standard X1 box has started acting up. Sometimes the Switching to HD message sticks to the screen and I have to restart the box for it to go away. I think it even happened once with the on-screen Caller ID. Last night we received error RDK-00104 and had to restart the box.
Does this sound like a software or hardware issue? Wondering if we should ask Comcast for a new box. Thanks in advance!
