[Cust Svc] Comcast keeps routing customer calls to my personal cell phone!

Someone please help! For the last year I have been getting constant calls from people that think I'm a Comcast Business Account representative. They call my emergency Air Force cell phone number that I'm required to keep on me which is extremely annoying. These calls come in at all times of day, weekdays and weekends. THIS HAS TO STOP! When I get these calls I ask them why they called me? Here is some of the common answers I get: * Comcast directly transferred me to you, I didn't call you, I was on hold and they transferred me, then you picked up the phone * I'm a Comcast Business Customer, I have problems with...(billing, internet issues, questions...ect) * I'm trying to get a hold of "Lemill", Comcast gave me this number * Sometimes it's people annoyed with Comcast customer service and calling me to complain yelling at me I've called a few times a month about this and I've gotten the runaround. Here is what I've done to get Comcast to make these calls stop: * I call Business Services, who makes me wait on hold and transfers me to Residential, who transfers me to Business...round and round until it hangs up * I've asked for "Lemill" with no luck * Just now I asked for the name of the Director of the Customer Service Division so I can at least speak to someone that isn't going to give me the run around... The person on the phone lied and said "Our Director has no name" WTF??? * I've asked if they have some company phone directory or maybe it's in the e-mail properties for whoever this Lemill person is but apparently they have no ability to look up people by phone number or by name? I think that is a lie since a company as big as Comcast should have a directory of some kind. * I've called both local and national customer service numbers with no luck * I've also visited local Comcast offices and they were no help whatsoever * I've asked if this has something to do with me being a Comcast residential customer and they promise to get back to me and never do Does anyone know if I can hire a lawyer for harassment? I'm willing to spend up to $1,500 because this is extremely annoying. I've had this cell phone number for 20 years and don't want to change it because of Comcast's incompetence.
